Description of An Evening With Fr. Gregory Boyle
Father Gregory Boyle, the author of the NY Times bestselling book, Tattoos on the Heart: The Power of Boundless Compassion will be speaking. Fr. Greg is the founder and Executive Director of Homeboy Industries, the largest gang intervention, rehabilitation and re-entry program in the United States, now it's in 25th year. Homeboy Industries, is a nonprofit organization that employs and trains more than 300 former gang-members every year in seven social enterprises.
The evening will begin with a one-hour reception at 6:30 p.m. Fr. Greg will be speaking at 7:30 p.m. and will end his session with a Q & A and book signing. Tickets are $35.00 and can be purchased at brownpapertickets.com.
