Description of Csj.Sf-Session 3
During this session, participants:

to a mission and identity of the church based on a theology of inclusivity, which integrates faith and culture, faith
and diversity, faith and the disenfranchised.
• Discuss about the role of human Indifference = being moved and not taking action, and the drivers of
indifference in our Catholic education ministries. Further, we will explore the art of encounters as a discipline to
exercise the gift of being fully present.
• Reflect about how to embrace mercy as we embrace a learning curve about DEI in and outside the classroom,
and out active role to foster a sense of belonging for students, faculty and parents. We will further discuss how to
leverage accreditation standards and SEL’s as objective anchors in our collective commitment to enhance a
culture of inclusiveness.
